This internship is a golden opportunity for young professionals to receive on-the-job training in areas such as governance, financial management, technical skills, and leadership — all while contributing to public service excellence.
Programme Overview
Successful candidates will be appointed as interns for a period of 24 months and placed in one of four departments within the Office of the Premier. The programme aims to empower graduates with both technical and soft skills essential for future employment.
Who Can Apply?
The internship is open to unemployed graduates with the following NQF Level 7 qualifications (Degree, B-Tech, or Advanced Diploma):
- Bachelor of Public Administration and Management / Public Sector–related qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
Internship Benefits
- Stipend: Paid in line with the Public Service Internship Programme.
