In charge of overseeing partnerships and agri-wholesale solutions and implementations, including the full product cycle, with a focus on value-added solutions that demand innovative design, best practices, and impeccable execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales campaigns and client interactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee a smooth transition for continued client service provision.
  • Work together with the senior manager to establish plans for digital payment and collection systems for wholesale banking partners and agri-wholesale clients in order to offer digital cash management solutions.
  • Create customized agri-wholesale goods and partnership services based on the financial and impact goals of your clients.
  • Develop and maintain connections with important agribusiness and digital solution partners, including government organizations and Money Transfer Organizations (MTOs).
  • In order to reduce project and product risks, manage inter-team and technological dependencies as well as risk and regulatory issues pertaining to agri-wholesale and partnership products.
  • Innovate & capture requirements for the client and iterate design and delivery with the technical team.
  • Give varying and sometimes conflicting criteria top priority in order to provide a cohesive output.
  • Convert the functional requirements of an end user into their needs.
  • Work together with relationship management teams in government and agri-wholesale companies to offer clients comprehensive solutions.
  • Work with product managers to develop end-to-end solutions by converting end user requirements into functional specifications.
  • As part of complicated transactions, communicate with the client segment, operations, and technology for routine tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • thorough familiarity with Tanzanian banking products and the infrastructure that underpin them, as well as a solid grasp of other global goods.
  • thorough knowledge of the products available in the larger financial services sector.
  • proficiency with transaction banking processes and products, including associated digital solutions
  • Capacity to examine and evaluate procedures and workflows in order to promote process enhancements and improve customer satisfaction
  • knowledgeable about the rules and regulations governing the local industry.
  • Working with cross-functional teams requires an understanding of customer segmentation and a collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency in oral and writing communication

  • sufficient knowledge of evolving technologies and different bank systems that are pertinent to financial services solutions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, banking, or a similar discipline.
  • Project management certification is an additional benefit.
  • An additional benefit is having a master’s degree in business studies.
  • An additional benefit is postgraduate banking education and/or banking certifications.
  • At least four years of experience managing cash, projects, and transactional banking products and solutions.
